Eligibility: Must be in final season of NCAA athletics eligibility or must have completed athletic eligibility and have performed with distinction as a varsity team member in the sport in which the student-athlete is being nominated. Must also be in final year of undergraduate academic work or received an undergraduate degree and have a minimum GPA of 3.2. Must be enrolled in a graduate degree granting program within one-year after the academic year the scholarship was awarded.

2. Dr. Meme Heineman Scholarship

Eligibility: Any senior in high school, undergraduate, or graduate student who is majoring in psychology or applied behaviour analysis or who plans to major in it is encouraged to submit an application.

3. Boren Fellowships For Graduate Students

Eligibility:
Candidates must be U.S. citizens, high school graduates or GED holders, at least 18 years old, and seeking to participate in an overseas programme outside of Western Europe, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Applicants for Boren Fellowships may be enrolled in or seeking admission to a graduate programme in the United States.
Graduate programmes leading to master’s (MA, MS, MBA, LLM, and other degrees), juris doctor (JD), or doctorate degrees (PhD, MD, and other degrees) are all eligible. A significant language component is required for Boren Fellows’ international study projects. Candidates for the Boren Awards are given precedence if they will be in the field of study given here.

7. Society Of Women Engineers Upperclassmen Scholarships
πAwards: $1,000 β $10,000

Eligibility: Both SWE members and non-members are welcome to apply for scholarships through the SWE’s programme, but some of the awards do need membership. Scholarships for upperclassmen are available to female students from sophomore undergraduates to PhD candidates who identify as such, have a 3.0 GPA or above, and who intend to enroll full-time (exceptions are made for reentry and non-traditional applicants).
Undergraduate/community college applicants must be planning to study an ABET-accredited program in engineering, technology, or computing. Masters and PhD candidates must be enrolled or accepted at a school with ABET-accredited programs in engineering, computing, or technology.

7. Derrick Richardson Law Student Scholarship

Eligibility: Must be a second or third-year Black law student who is serious about their studies in civil rights law and becoming a lawyer.

8. The Harry S. Truman Scholarship
πAwards: $up to $30,000
π Deadline: 7th Feb’23
Eligibility: Candidates must be enrolled in school, in their junior year of high school (for candidates graduating in four years or more) or final year of high school (for candidates graduating in three years or fewer), US Citizens, US National residents of American Samoa, or expecting their citizenship by the date of the award, and planning to attend graduate school in order to pursue a career in public service. Any major that is likely to lead to a career in public service is acceptable, and candidates might be interested in any graduate degree save the MBA.

16. NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship β Winter

Eligibility: Must be in their last year of NCAA athletic eligibility, or must have finished their eligibility and demonstrated excellence as a member of the varsity team in the sport for which they are being nominated. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and be in their final year of undergraduate study or have already graduated. Within one year of the academic year in which the scholarship was given, the recipient must be enrolled in a graduate programme leading to a degree.

17. Gloria Barron Wilderness Society Scholarship

Eligibility: Graduate students are welcome. Must have outstanding academic credentials, be currently enrolled in a recognised graduate programme in North America, and have academic and/or professional aspirations centred on significantly enhancing the long-term preservation of wilderness in the United States.

Eligibility: An Alaska Native original enrollee of a regional or village corporation, or a direct lineal descendant of an original enrollee, is required. Must also be a full-time student at a college or university; a declared major in a 2-year, 4-year, or graduate degree programme with a major in broadcast, telecommunications, business, engineering, journalism, or other media-related fields; and have a 3.0 GPA or higher. 24. Rockefeller State Wildlife Scholarship
